I was also struck by a NY Times article that discussed how "75 percent of the $2.8 trillion in annual health care costs in the United States is from chronic diseases that can often be reversed or prevented altogether by a healthy lifestyle. If we put money and effort into helping people make better food and exercise choices, we could improve our health and reduce the cost of health care."
Well, how about that? Reversable! Preventable! Too often, my clients wait to reach out to me until they feel "sick," "hopeless" or "have tried everything else." They were too busy or didn't have enough money. Yikes. What if people had the opportunity to course-correct BEFORE they got to that point?
I'm totally serious. I'm donating one of my billable client hours each week to help make a difference. Everyone is eligible for one session.
What You Get
You would get the same 1-on-1 coaching session by phone or Skype that any of my clients would receive. That's it. No high pressure sales pitch. Just 50 minutes for us to confidentially focus and co-create a couple of simple health & lifestyle changes to get you going. Like always, I'll listen, ask some questions and help you find a practical solution in a safe, judgment-free zone. What I Receive
I think being an advocate for your own health and happiness is super important. Over the course of a year, this could be nearly 50 people that take some step forward in regards to their own health and happiness. I'm stoked about that fact. Look what some of my previous clients have done. It feels good.
Also, I want to hear what people are experiencing and what barriers they have. You know eating plants and moving your body will help, but why does it feel impossible some days? I want to hear it from you, a real thinking, feeling human being, not some marketing report.
