Acuity Scheduling - My scheduling application. Let me tell you: nothing is more awesome than going to bed and waking up to freshly-booked client sessions. Dropbox - My storage option. Always have your files when and where you need it. Sign up for free! You'll be able to sync your files across computers, tablets, phones or anywhere you can access the internet, plus carve out who has access to what. Also, it backs up your iPhone photos. Seriously awesome. 

Evernote - This app is fills 2 needs for me. One, it's a digital notebook to capture random thought and home to my daily Five Minute Journal practice. (Thanks for the integration, IFTTT.) Two, it's a place for me to digitally clip articles, stories, quotes, or other currently unconnected dots in a way that allows me to search them later. MOO (for business cards or postcards) - I found MOO when I wanted a personal calling card years ago; and the rest, as they say, is history. Remember the Milk - How I Keep My Sanity. It's a digital task manager. You can create multiple lists and sort by date, priority and location. The Pro account allows for syncing across devices and the internet platform. Only goodwill received for this recommendation. 

SmarterQueue - How I schedule/organize/generally keep up with social media. While it's still technically in beta, there are more and more features rolling out by the week. This application has seriously saved me weeks of time. At the time of writing, you receive an extended trial period with all the bells & whistles when you use this link.

TextExpander - Find yourself writing the same thing over and over...say directions to your office? Here's an app to support you across multiple applications. Only goodwill received for this recommendation. 

Trello - Holy shit! This makes my Inner Process and Workflow Nerd want to shoot glitter from my fingertips and rainbows from my eyes. If you have a multi-stage project or process you're feeling overwhelmed by, try Trello. This is how my team and I manage Le vital corps Salon podcast production. For any MBA nerds, the flow reminds me of an interactive Gantt chart.

You Need a Budget (YNAB) - Finances feeling a little out of control? The word "budget" freak you out? Here's an application that will help you manage your money instead of your money managing you.
